Bernard of Clairvaux said it in the 12th century. The Eastern traditions have been saying it for longer. And yet most of the women I work with — therapists, physicians, ministers, coaches, mothers, leaders — have spent their entire adult lives as channels when they were meant to be reservoirs.

This series is an invitation to change that.

Talk 1: The Reservoir — Bernard of Clairvaux, Julian of Norwich, Elizabeth Gilbert, and why receiving is not selfishness. It is the spiritual prerequisite for everything you want to give.

Talk 2: Fill Your Whole Space — What Musar teaches about humility that the Western Christian tradition largely got wrong — and why playing small is not holiness. It is absence.

Talk 3: What Are You Actually Prioritizing? — A loving and honest look at what we choose. Including a story about my brother that I have never told publicly before, and what it taught me about motivation, soul sickness, and the parts of us that choose the status quo at our own expense.

Talk 4: Working With the Parts — How we actually begin to move. Not through willpower. Not through insight. Through relationship — with the parts of ourselves that are still protecting us from a danger that has long since passed.
